I’m Glynis Dewhirst, founder of Velara Solutions
For over 30 years I’ve worked with businesses of many shapes and sizes - from ambitious start-ups to established SMEs - helping them navigate growth, sharpen strategy, and bring clarity to their marketing. My career has spanned in-house leadership roles and consultancy, which means I understand the pressures from both sides of the table.
What I enjoy most is working closely with leaders to cut through complexity, simplify decisions, and unlock momentum. Clients often tell me I bring a balance of rigour and reassurance - practical strategies, delivered with a personal touch.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me walking my dog or swimming in the sea, exploring the Hampshire countryside and Cornish coast, or enjoying time with my family and friends.
